Proof that I've been busy!
So I wanted to offer you an update and proof that I've been busy... along with a photo of the proof of my first physical book! (It's a 6"x9" book.)
This one will definitely need some adjusting -- the cover art isn't nearly as sharp as it should be, so I'll have to get in touch with the printer -- but that's why we do proofs. I am waiting on the physical proof for Poor Man's Fight, so that should be on the way here soon.
Natural Consequences is nearly ready for release! I give it about a week or so. I'm on my last run of edits and revisions, and I'd love to have it out as close to August 1st as possible, but I may miss that by a day or three depending on how many curveballs life throws me.
Thank you all for your interest and your support! Good things are coming!

August 1st? My body and my wallet is prepared.
ReplyDeleteYou just made my week (maybe the month). That's great to hear i have been waiting for this book since may when i read there was going to be a sequel. I loved good intentions. it balanced erotica and urban fantasy extremely well and if this book is anything like good intentions is will be amazing too.
ReplyDeletecurrently you are one of my top three favorite authors next to Jim Butcher and Brent Weeks.
I also loved poor mans fight and cant wait to read your sequel to that when you get to it.
Even if, as you say, it's not as sharp as you want it to be, it's still looking nice. Can't wait to own a physical copy of those books.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I cheered when I read that 3rd paragraph. So looking forward to buying NC. I'll probably be reloading this page/your Amazon profile several times a day come August 1st, until it's released. Can't wait.
Glad to see everything is going well. Keep up the good work.
Radome
looks good, and its awesome news to find out that Natural Consequences is almost here, cant wait to read it
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to Natural Consequences. Good Intentions was one of the few books I read then shortly after read again. Wow!! Thanks for bringing your talent to the book market!
ReplyDeleteanychance of seeing natural consequences tonight.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work. I'll do my part and help spread the word.
ReplyDeleteWhat are your future plans for the Poor Mans Fight series?
Ah, finally back in front of my PC, time to write a comment!
ReplyDeleteIt is very good to hear from you again, very good indeed. I always get nervous when there's a long period of silence, and it's nice to know that NC is coming along and you're still kicking :)
I am currently refreshing this blog an amazon, but take your time with the final touch. I bet my PC that it's gonna be awesome!
I also can't wait to get my hands on those hard copies. They're gonna look very nice in my bookshelf.
So, as always, keep it up and stay healthy and happy!
WOOOO!!!!!! Awesome. Looking forward to Natural consequences. Going to have to read good intentions again
ReplyDeleteLooking much more like sometime next week. I had to make an unscheduled run to Portland among several other interruptions, but I'm about 60% done with the last run-through of revisions. The new book is coming soon!
ReplyDeleteStill great news...can't wait
ReplyDeleteWill you be sending out a mass email like last time when it becomes available? It would help a lot of people who don't check the blog regularly.
ReplyDeleteEric: Absolutely.
DeleteWho hoo! Waiting with bated breath! And don't forget to let us know where we can order hard copies.
ReplyDeleteThe cover has a natural and somber feel to it ( comment on the pic )
ReplyDeleteBut a sharper print with a combi matte & gloss effect would be much more eye catching .
Now on a side note the Cover pic in a White or Black T-shirt with your sign in the bottom would be an excellent item. Any chance of such an item being made available through amazon ??
Counting the seconds for NC
Wishing you Happiness & Health .
Or as the devs of Duke Nukem Forever and Anarchy online Engine used to say: "It's coming Soon™ ".
